What is it that drives people to action? How can we motivate and inspire those around us to perform at high levels?

You're invited to find out during an informative session with best-selling author Daniel H. Pink.

Pink is the author of four provocative books about the changing world of work, including The New York Times bestsellers, DRIVE and A WHOLE NEW MIND.

His books have been translated into 29 languages and have sold more than one million copies worldwide.
His latest work, DRIVE: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us, uses 50 years of behavioral science to overturn the conventional wisdom about human motivation.

Pink shows that carrot and stick motivators have been oversold and that high performance depends much more on the deeply human need to direct our own lives, to learn and create new things and to do better by ourselves and the world.

This session qualifies for 3 hours of EILA &
Professional Development Credit.
